All tickets are purchased on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
However, if you need to reschedule your visit, you may request a date change up to 36 hours before your original visit time by emailing us at Michigan@LEGOLANDDiscoveryCenter.com.
Please include:
- Your order confirmation number (usually starts with a “6”)
- Your preferred new date and time
We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, though changes may not be possible during busy periods like weekends and holidays due to capacity limits.
