Unfortunately, we’re unable to change the name on an existing booking. However, if the person named on the booking will not be attending, they can authorize someone else to collect the tickets on their behalf.
To do this, the original ticket holder must provide a signed letter of authorization that includes the following details:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for using my card ending in [last 4 digits of the card].”
The person collecting the tickets must bring:
- The signed letter of authorization
- A valid photo ID
This ensures tickets are collected securely and by the correct person.
