Yes! We strive to make our 4D theater experience as accessible as possible for all guests.
🎥 Accessibility & Accommodations:
- Wheelchair Access: The queue line is wheelchair accessible, and there are designated wheelchair spaces in the front row of the theater. Guests using wheelchairs may also enter through the pre-show area or exit gate with assistance from a team member.
- Visual & Hearing Support:
- Guests with low vision may request seating closer to the screen.
- Guests with hearing impairments may request a show script from the attraction host.
- Service Animals are welcome, provided they follow our attraction policies.
⚠️ Please Note:
The 4D theater features sudden effects such as strobe lighting, wind, rain, and snow, which may not be suitable for:
- Guests with photosensitive epilepsy
- Individuals with heart conditions, back or neck injuries, or abnormal blood pressure
- Expectant mothers
- Infants
Each guest must have their own seat, and films run approximately 15 minutes.
