Yes. While Kingdom Quest is a fun and interactive ride, there are important health, safety, and accessibility guidelines to keep in mind:
⚠️ Health & Medical Restrictions:
We do not recommend this ride for guests with:
- Heart conditions
- Back or neck injuries
- High blood pressure
- Epilepsy (due to flashing/strobe lighting)
- Asthma (smoke effects are used—product info available upon request)
- Expectant mothers
- Infants (hand-held infants are not permitted)
Guests wearing plaster casts may ride only if the cast fits safely within the ride vehicle and does not interfere with safety restraints.
🧍 Height & Age Requirements:
- All riders must be able to sit upright unaided and wear shoes.
- Minimum height to ride is 30 inches.
- Guests between 30–51 inches tall and under 4 years old must ride with a responsible adult (age 14+).
♿ Accessibility & Ride Access:
- The queue line is wheelchair accessible.
- Guests unable to wait in line may enter through the exit gate with permission from the ride operator.
- Ride vehicle #5 is designed for easier access—please notify a team member if needed.
- Guests using wheelchairs must self-transfer into the ride vehicle. Team members may assist with balance but cannot lift guests.
- Service animals are not permitted on the ride.
- Oxygen tanks are allowed.
