What should I do if my transaction fails due to a billing address error?

If your transaction doesn’t go through because of a billing address issue, make sure the address you enter matches exactly what your bank or credit card provider has on file.

If you’ve recently moved, try using your previous billing address, as it may still be linked to your payment method.
