If the cardholder will not be present when the tickets are collected, a signed letter of authorization must be provided. The letter should include the following details:
“I, [name of cardholder], authorize [name of person collecting tickets] to collect the tickets from order number [booking reference], paid for using my card ending in [last four digits of the card].”
The person collecting the tickets must also bring a valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
